Excellent properties

The construction of the lens is very clever, combining silicone-hydrogel material in the lens core and hydrogel on the surface. Water Gradient Technology works with the variable water content of the lens. The lens core has a water content of 30% and provides the eye with a sufficient supply of oxygen. The water content on the lens surface is close to 100%. The delicate tissue of the eye and the eyelid only come into contact with the smooth hydrogel surface of the lens.

The stability of the lens guarantees a sharp view

The proven PRECISION BALANCE 8/4 technology ensures that the lens is in the correct position throughout the day. The correct lens position is essential for the correction of astigmatism. This is ensured by the stabilisation points at the 4 and 8 o'clock positions. For faster and easier settling of the contact lens into the correct position, the lens has a small orientation mark at the 6 o'clock position.

UV protection

Dailies Total1 for Astigmatism has a Class 1 UV filter and blocks more than 90% of UVA and more than 99% of UVB rays. However, the lens surface only protects part of the eye. For full eye protection, we recommend using quality sunglasses.

Wearing options

Dailies Total1 for Astigmatism lenses fall into the segment of daily disposable lenses, which are generally considered the healthiest form of lens wear. The lenses are disposable. New lenses are applied each day and simply discarded at the end of the day. The risk of infection is thus minimal.
