North Macedonia, Kosovo, and Montenegro

Delivery Process

Upon completion of payment, your order is promptly forwarded to our Transport Agency to initiate delivery. Courier services cover North Macedonia and Kosovo, while deliveries to Montenegro are managed by National Poste. We strive to deliver all orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. For further details regarding remittance fees, please contact our team.

Montenegro

Note: * In Montenegro, if the first delivery attempt fails, there is usually an option to pick up the package at the local Poste Office within the next 24 hours. A second delivery attempt is available upon request, with an additional cost of 4 €uro. If the second attempt also fails, the client will be charged 10 €uro to cover the costs of both delivery attempts.

Delivery Times for Non-Stock Goods

Thanks to our extensive stock, we are able to immediately dispatch 97% of all orders received. However, the dispatching of special contact lenses not regularly stocked depends on supplier delivery conditions and may take up to a few weeks. When choosing your lenses, you will be shown an estimated shipping date on the product page, which may adjust as you select specific lens parameters.

After selecting your specific parameters, you will be shown an updated estimated shipping time for those parameters. Please note that "in stock" indicates the general availability of a product, not necessarily your unique combination. Refer to the expected shipping date next to the drop-down menus for your specific order’s shipping information. Any expected delay in delivery will be reconfirmed in your shopping basket and order confirmation email. If only part of your order is available at the time of order confirmation, the order will be dispatched once all products are in stock.

Orders Containing Both In-Stock and Non-Stock Goods

After selecting the parameters for each product, please review each product's estimated delivery time in your shopping basket before finalizing your order.

By confirming and completing payment, you agree that the entire order will ship only when all products are in stock. Stock products will be dispatched before non-stock products only under special circumstances. An extra delivery fee (equal to regular delivery costs) is required if you prefer to receive stocked items prior to non-stock items.
